Plaudits for Daphne Guinness’ debut album

Daphne Guinness releases her debut album, Optimist In Black, via Agent Anonyme/Absolute on May 27 2016. The album was produced by the great Tony Visconti, in sessions recorded at New York’s fêted Avatar Studios (formerly the Power Station).

It receives a 4 star review in the new issue of Q Magazine (out now)- Its main modes orchestral psych and bejewelled glam.

Daphne is in conversation about the album over at the Daily Telegraph, following AnOther Magazine‘s premier of ‘The Long Now’ and the stunningly psychedelic video for ‘Fatal Flaw’ premiering over at i-D.
